About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in modern web development and a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full stack, building scalable web applications, integrating AI-powered features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and management.
- Integrate AI/LLM solutions using APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, content generation, document processing, and intelligent search.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques and optimize AI model responses.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and senior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance.
- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and software development best practices.
Required SkillsMERN Stack
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
AI / LLM Skills
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
- Internship experience in AI/ML or Generative AI projects will be considered.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working on AI-powered SaaS products.
