Key Responsibilities:

Handling the controls issue for all Genset & Engines at site location & inhouse

BOM error correction, wiring diagram read and issue resolution at Test cell, Assembly. (Starter, Alternator, Wiring harness, Sensors, switches, Control panel)

Support to Assembly & Test cell / Upfit support for Genset

Maintaining Drawings revision for all control parts.

Acquire input from the plant team to update designs and make any necessary adjustments.

Travel to site locations and field (10%)

Lab support for ECM
Skills and Experience Required:
-
Experience: 6 to 10 Years
-
Qualification: Bachelor of Electronics/Electrical Engineering

Integration and troubleshooting skills for various electrical and electronics parts or sub-systems into a whole Genset System
-
Well versed with CR/CN, SRC process

Good understanding on Root-Cause Analysis

Product Installation Quality
