About the Role
We are looking for a Purchasing Executive with German language proficiency (minimum B1 level) to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will support procurement operations for German-speaking business units by managing purchase orders, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless execution of purchasing activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Create, review, and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP/ERP systems.
· Coordinate with German-speaking suppliers and business stakeholders via email and phone.
· Monitor purchase order confirmations, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
· Resolve procurement-related queries and order discrepancies.
· Collaborate with sourcing, logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams.
· Maintain procurement master data and ensure data accuracy.
· Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
· Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
· German language certification/proficiency at B1 level or above (mandatory).
· 1–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Source-to-Pay (S2P), or Supply Chain Operations.
· Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred) or other ERP systems.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
· Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience working in a GCC, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
· Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
· Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
