1. Customer Reception and Damage Assessment
- Receive accident-damaged vehicles.
- Inspect and document visible damages.
- Take photographs of damaged areas.
- Explain repair procedures and estimated timelines to customers.
2. Estimate Preparation
- Prepare repair estimates for:
- Denting and painting
- Panel replacement
- Structural repairs
- Parts replacement
- Coordinate with estimators and technicians for accurate costing.
3. Insurance Claim Handling
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors.
- Assist customers with claim documentation.
- Explain insurance coverage, deductibles, depreciation, and customer liability.
- Follow up for claim approvals.
4. Workshop Coordination
- Open job cards and assign work.
- Coordinate with body shop technicians, painters, and parts departments.
- Track repair progress and ensure quality standards.
5. Customer Communication
- Provide regular repair status updates.
- Inform customers about additional damages discovered during repair.
- Obtain approval for supplementary repairs.
6. Vehicle Delivery
- Conduct final quality inspection.
- Explain repairs completed.
- Review invoices and insurance settlements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction before delivery.
