Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
* Execute the production schedule efficiently and meet delivery deadlines. * Allocate manpower and manage workforce productivity.
* Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications. * Ensure adherence to GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
* Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety in the production area.
* Reduce production downtime and minimize material wastage.
* Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Packing departments.
* Train and supervise production staff. * Maintain daily production reports and records.
* Ensure correct batch coding, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and packaging.
* Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Report daily production performance to the Production Manager.
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Production, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety systems, and hygiene practices.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
