1. Grievance Handling:
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and grievances through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Ensure timely resolution as per company SLA.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance, tech) for resolution.
- Maintain grievance logs and prepare escalation reports.
2. Customer Support:
- Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer queries.
- Assist customers with order placement, payment issues, delivery status, returns, refunds, and replacements.
- Provide accurate product information and usage guidance.
- Maintain high CSAT and professional communication standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and order management systems
- Ability to handle pressure and escalations calmly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
