YPSM Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital is a leading BHMS institution in Alwar, committed to providing quality homoeopathic education and healthcare. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to guide prospective students and parents regarding BHMS admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Explain the BHMS course, admission process, eligibility, and college facilities.
- Handle admission-related inquiries over phone and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with interested candidates until admission is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student information in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for campus visits and counseling.
- Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Graduate preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp).
- Good convincing and counseling skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or admissions is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
