- Manage Export and Import Documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Loading, Shipping bill etc)
- Co-Ordinate with frieght forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agent) and transporters.
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit), advance payment and Bank documentation.
- Moniter shipment schduels and ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain communication with international clients and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT and custom regulations.
- Prepare export/import reports and maintain records.
- Track international payments and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Knowledge of HS Code classification.
Key Skill
Good knowledge of internatioal trade procedures.
Understanding of Import and export documentation.
Familiar with MS Excel and ERP software.
Knowledge of GST and Custom rules.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
