Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet customer demands on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and evaluate shift employees. Resolve personnel issues and maintain high team morale.
- Quality Control: Monitor production processes to verify goods meet company standards and regulatory requirements before shipping.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine machinery inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs to minimize downtime.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (e.g., OSHA), sanitation codes (e.g., GMP), and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify process bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
