Assistant Manager – BOP Execution – Retail (Genset)
Business: Jakson Group – Distributed Energy Business (Genset)
Function: Regional Retail
Locations: Hyderabad
Experience: 8–12 Years
Role Purpose
Responsible for end-to-end execution and coordination of BOP activities for retail DG projects, ensuring timely installation, quality compliance, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Manage execution of BOP activities for DG/Genset projects across the region.

Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Service, Vendors, and Customers for seamless project execution.

Monitor installation progress, commissioning timelines, and site readiness.

Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project quality.

Handle contractor/vendor coordination, billing verification, and project closure documentation.

Drive timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Work Experience
Candidate Profile

Diploma/B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

8–12 years of experience in DG/Genset, EPC, Electrical, or Industrial Project Execution.

Strong understanding of BOP execution, site management, and vendor coordination.

Good communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
