Job Summary:
Vasu Infosec Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage Government and Private Tender processes. The candidate should have experience in preparing tender documents, handling portal operations, coordinating with vendors/OEMs, and managing complete tender submissions related to Fire Fighting, CCTV, ELV, HVAC, Plumbing, MEP, Electrical, and Security Systems projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant Government & Private tenders through GeM, CPPP, and other tender portals
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
- Handle BOQ preparation, compliance sheets, technical documentation, and commercial documents
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, consultants, and internal departments
- Manage EMD, tender fees, online/offline submissions, and related documentation
- Review tender requirements, specifications, and eligibility criteria
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and follow-up on tender status
- Ensure timely renewal and updating of company registrations and certifications on portals
- Assist management in preparing quotations and project-related documentation
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and E-Procurement portals
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation processes
- Understanding of tendering procedures and contract documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously

Qualification:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
