REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-3 years of team-handling experience
Experience managing a team of 5-7 members
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
Ability to motivate the team and improve sales performance
Experience with CRM/Lead Management Systems is preferred
ROLE
Lead and manage a team of 5-7 members
Drive lead follow-ups, conversions and sales performance
Monitor individual and team targets
Coach team members and address performance gaps
Ensure achievement of monthly business targets
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
