Analytix Business Setup is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about client communication, coordination, and customer support. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and be flexible to work in the 11:30 AM 8:00 PM shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communications and respond to basic queries professionally
- Share project status updates through official communication channels
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team for invoice follow-ups and communication
- Support new client onboarding in coordination with the Sales Team
- Assist with Odoo entries, ticket creation, and issue tracking
- Prepare and maintain CRE chat response reports and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for routine updates and timely client communication
- Ensure professional and accurate communication with clients at all times
Requirements
- Any Degree / BBA / B.Com / MBA
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexible to work in the 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM shift
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email coordination
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
