We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Welder Fitter Helper to join our team. No prior experience or high school (10th) qualification is required—we are willing to train the right person. You will support our senior welders and fitters in preparing materials, maintaining a clean workspace, and learning the basics of the trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Preparation: Help move, clean, and grind metal parts before welding.
- Assisting Fitters: Hold parts in place, use clamps, and help align metal structures for assembly.
- Tool Management: Bring tools and supplies to the senior workers.
- Cleaning: Keep the work area tidy and clear of scrap metal or safety hazards.
- Learning: Pay attention to senior welders to learn how to operate basic machinery and tools safely.
Requirements
- Education: No formal qualification required (Below 10th pass is okay).
- Experience: No experience needed; freshers are welcome.
- Physical Strength: Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
- Attitude: Willingness to work hard, follow safety rules, and learn a new skill.
