As we grow our presence in India, we are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to guide our premium center in Bellandur, Bengaluru.
The Role
As the Centre Head / Unit Manager, you will step into an entrepreneurial ownership role, driving both the heart and the business of our premium pre-school. You will balance strategic growth with daily operations, ensuring that our high standards of quality, safety, and care are felt by every family that walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations & Culture: Lead the day-to-day operations of the center, fostering an inspiring, warm, and compliant learning environment.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and engage a highly competent team of teachers and support staff, bringing out the best in individual and collective talent.
- Curriculum Management: Oversee the implementation of our pedagogical framework (the Dibber Childhood) alongside local regulations.
- Parent & Community Relations: Build strong, trusted relationships with parents, acting as the visible, welcoming face of the school.
- Growth & Admissions: Drive school enrollment, manage center budgets, and meet financial and quality targets to build a stellar regional reputation.

- You are result-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude, entirely comfortable switching between high-level strategy and hands-on administrative tasks.

- You lead systematically and independently, yet thrive on collaborative teamwork.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a pre-school environment (mandatory).
- Exceptional people management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and standard management systems.

Position Details
- Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Mode: Work from Office is compulsory. This role requires active, on-site presence to engage with staff, parents, and children; there is no option for remote or hybrid work.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
