Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations of real estate projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective financial control.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle complete accounting functions including maintenance of books of accounts, general ledgers, and finalization of accounts.
- Manage project-wise and site-wise accounting for all real estate projects.
- Supervise and guide the Junior Accountant in day-to-day accounting activities.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Manage bank operations, fund planning, and overall cash flow management.
- Prepare MIS reports, budget vs. actual analysis, and cost control reports.
- Monitor vendor payments, receivables, and customer collections with the support of the Junior Accountant.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of agreements, invoices, and statutory records.
- Monitor cash flow and profitability of all ongoing and completed projects.
- Handle TDS compliance for all group firms and conduct project-wise financial analysis.
- Manage detailed RERA accounting and ensure full compliance with RERA regulations.
- Perform any other accounting, finance, or administrative duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and real estate accounting
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and project accounting
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
- Ability to handle audits independently
- Strong analytical, coordination, and leadership skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA (Preferred)
- Experience: 5–8 years of accounting experience(Real Estate / Construction industry experience preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
