As an Executive – Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for assigned roles across functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, source quality talent, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements, role specifications, and competency expectations from hiring managers.

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout, and joining.

Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and internal databases.

Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates for role fit, culture fit, and communication skills.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; follow up for feedback and next steps.

Maintain proper documentation and recruitment trackers (pipeline, interview status, offers, joins).

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.

Support offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

Work on bulk hiring and niche roles as per business needs.

Adhere to hiring SLAs and contribute to achieving recruitment targets.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Assist in employer branding initiatives such as job postings, career pages, and referral drives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Experience: We are looking for professionals across all experience levels in the Recruitment category with hands-on experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or corporate).
