Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests, handle samples, maintain laboratory equipment, and support accurate diagnostic procedures. The candidate should follow safety standards and ensure timely reporting of test results.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient samples properly.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Prepare samples and reagents for testing.
- Record and maintain accurate test reports and patient data.
- Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of laboratory equipment.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding test results.
- Monitor stock of laboratory supplies and inform management about shortages.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage workload efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospital or diagnostic laboratory settings.
- Familiarity with hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and pathology testing.
- Computer knowledge for report entry and documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
