As a Travel Sales Consultant you are the voice of Bookviaus UK to our customers. You handle enquiries from UK travellers, understand what they are really looking for, build and price holiday packages that fit, and see the booking through from first call to departure. You are selling considered, higher-value trips — escorted tours, honeymoons, luxury and tailor-made itineraries across India, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas — not commodity flights, so listening and matching matter more than pushing.
- Respond to inbound enquiries (phone, email, web and chat).
- Build and price holiday packages using our systems and supplier tools.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and meet agreed sales targets.
- Follow up consistently; most bookings close on the second or third contact.
- Take deposits and payments accurately and issue correct documentation.
- Keep the customer informed from booking through to pre-departure.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM for every enquiry, won or lost.
- Build repeat and referral business through good service after the sale.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
