Job Title: Business Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing effective business solutions to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new clients through various sales and business development activities.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or a similar role.
* Languages: Hindi and English are mandatory (both verbal and written communication).
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
