Job Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of the pre-launch journey, salon, team, services, products, clients (with consent), events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Document the complete BLOZM journey—from pre-launch to launch to daily operations.
- Plan, script, and storyboard engaging short-form content.
- Edit reels and videos using current Instagram trends, transitions, music, and storytelling techniques.
- Manage and grow our social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and future channels.
- Create and publish daily reels, stories, posts, and other engaging content.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes.
- Develop creative campaign ideas to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Monitor analytics and suggest strategies for continuous growth.
- Work closely with the founder to bring fresh content ideas to life.

Requirements
- Passion for social media and content creation.
- Good videography skills using a smartphone and/or camera.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, VN, or similar).
- Creative writing and storytelling abilities.
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat algorithms.
- Knowledge of trending audio, transitions, hooks, and viral content.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, creative, and eager to experiment with new ideas.
- Prior experience is appreciated but not mandatory.
- A strong portfolio or sample work matters more than years of experience.
