About the Role
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy IT Content & Reels Creator to produce engaging short-form content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience creating content around AI, software, websites, digital marketing, SaaS, and emerging technologies. You will be responsible for planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality reels that educate, engage, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Develop content around AI, software development, website development, mobile apps, SaaS products, digital marketing, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral content ideas within the IT and technology industry.
- Write compelling scripts and content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Shoot and edit professional-quality videos using mobile devices or cameras.
- Add captions, transitions, animations, graphics, and background music to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to create promotional and educational content.
- Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement across social media platforms.
- Monitor content performance and implement improvements based on analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and content creation techniques.
Required Skills
- Experience creating reels and short-form video content for social media.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook algorithms.
- Excellent storytelling, scripting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of AI, IT services, software development, websites, SaaS, or digital marketing.
- Basic graphic design and content planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Reels Creator, Video Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or Digital Content Executive.
- Candidates with a portfolio showcasing technology or IT-related content will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience creating content for an IT company, SaaS company, AI startup, software company, or digital marketing agency.
- Strong on-camera presence and confidence in presenting technical topics.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of SEO and social media content optimization.
- Ability to convert technical concepts into simple, engaging content.
