Job Summary
We are looking for a Smart Telecaller with excellent communication skills (CBSE / ISCE background) to handle student inquiries and support the admission process. The role focuses on converting leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for admission inquiries
- Explain courses, admission process, institute and fees / placement details
- Follow up with prospective students and parents
- Maintain lead data, call records, and follow-up status in Excel Sheet
- Convert inquiries into confirmed provisional admission / admission
- Coordinate with admission and counseling team
Eligibility
- CBSE/ICSE educational background preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2 years experience in telecalling / admissions in an educational institution
Required Skills
- Smart and fluent communication (English + Hindi/Odia)
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Confident, polite, and professional behavior
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry
- Target-oriented approach
- Experience in education/admission counseling
- Exposure to CRM or lead management tools
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
