Job Description – Python Developer (LOS & LMS – Zoho)
Position: Python Developer – LOS & LMS
Industry: NBFC / FinTech
Location: Gurgaon Sector-71, M3M Broadway.
Remuneration: 60,000-1,00,000 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) on the Zoho platform.
- Develop Python-based applications, APIs, and automation for end-to-end loan lifecycle processes.
- Handle LOS workflows including customer onboarding, KYC, application processing, credit assessment, approval workflows, and loan disbursement.
- Manage LMS functionalities including repayment schedules, EMI tracking, collections, penalties, closures, and customer servicing.
- Integrate LOS/LMS with third-party APIs such as credit bureaus, payment gateways, e-KYC, and banking systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement system improvements as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Collections teams for process enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in Python development with hands-on experience in LOS & LMS implementation/customization.
- Mandatory experience in NBFC, FinTech, or Banking domain with exposure to loan management processes.
- Strong knowledge of Python, APIs, database management, and system integrations.
- Experience in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho APIs, and Deluge scripting will be preferred.
- Ability to understand lending business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidate who has developed, implemented, or supported LOS/LMS systems for an NBFC or lending organization.
- Experience in digital lending platforms and automation of loan processes will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
