Nazr is an India-first women’s safety and wellness brand building thoughtful, practical solutions for modern-day challenges faced by girls and women. We care about creating products and conversations that help women feel more prepared, confident, and supported in everyday life.
We’re looking for a Growth & Brand Associate to work closely with the founders across content, campaigns, social media, and brand growth.
This is an early-stage, hands-on role for someone creative, internet-savvy, organized, and excited about building a brand from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with content creation and social media execution
- Edit reels and short-form content
- Coordinate creators, influencers, and UGC
- Support campaign planning and launches
- Help manage content calendars and scheduling
- Assist with shoots, moodboards, and brand assets
- Track trends, audience insights, and community engagement
- Coordinate with freelancers and external partners
- Support website and marketing updates

What You Get
You’ll work closely with the founders and get direct exposure to building an early-stage consumer brand from the ground up, with high ownership, creative freedom, and plenty of room to grow. We’re a small, collaborative, non-corporate team that values initiative and thoughtful work.
This role will begin with a 3-month probationary period at ₹15,000/month, with the intention of transitioning into a full-time long-term role based on performance, fit, and growth within the company.
