Lead Management & Customer Coordination
- Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, and other lead sources
- Respond to customer enquiries and understand project requirements
- Follow up with prospective customers and existing enquiries
- Maintain and update customer records in Google Sheets
- Track lead status and maintain follow-up schedules
- Schedule and coordinate site visits between customers and site engineers
- Ensure timely communication and customer follow-ups
Sales Support
- Assist in converting enquiries into site visits and project discussions
- Follow up on quotations and pending customer decisions
- Coordinate with customers regarding project updates and payment follow-ups
- Maintain lead databases and sales records
- Support the sales with customer communication and documentation
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, fabricators, carpenters, and suppliers
- Maintain project progress records and updates
- Assist in project scheduling and coordination activities
- Ensure proper communication between customers and execution teams
Operations & Administration
- Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, and project-related documents
- Manage WhatsApp Business communication and customer records
- Handle WhatsApp broadcasts and customer updates
- Maintain organised project documentation and records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, payment tracking, and administrative activities
- Generate periodic lead and project status reports
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of quotations, invoices, and business documentation is preferred
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, sales coordination, or operations support is an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
