About the Role
Pearson is seeking a Digital Assessment Analyst to support the development, validation, and delivery of computer-based exams used globally.
This role focuses on building, reviewing, and quality-checking digital exam content , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless experience for candidates.
You will work with structured data, internal systems, and testing tools to create and validate exams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Build and configure computer-based exams using internal tools and structured data (XML/HTML)
Perform detailed quality checks to ensure exams meet technical and content specifications
Validate exam functionality and identify issues before release
Track and manage assigned work from build through final delivery
Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve delivery
Maintain accurate documentation of changes, updates, and discrepancies
Use reporting tools, Excel, and internal systems to manage and validate large data sets
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured data and systems
Experience in quality assurance, testing, operations, or digital content environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with tools, systems, and data validation processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with XML, HTML, or similar structured data formats
Exposure to QA methodologies, validation, or testing processes
Experience
1–3 years experience in operations, QA, testing, or digital content environments
Experience working on detail-oriented projects with clear quality expectations
