Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee/Junior – Media Sales & Marketing at 4moles.com. The trainee will support the sales and marketing team in client acquisition, sponsor coordination, event marketing, and sales operations within the golf and luxury advertising ecosystem. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reaching out to potential clients and leads to promote the company’s advertising and marketing solutions.
- Support the sales team in pitching services, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
- Help manage existing client accounts and ensure smooth coordination and follow-ups.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with advertisers, brands, and agencies.
- Work closely with senior sales managers to understand key account mapping and ad.sales strategies.
- Support in maintaining and updating the sales pipeline and CRM data.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Head on pricing inputs, sales planning, and campaign execution.
- Learn and communicate how different advertising solutions can enhance client visibility and brand reach.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and client pitch decks.
- Support sales and marketing activities during events and sponsored golf tournaments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding or interest in sales, marketing, and client servicing
- Willingness to learn sales management and business development processes
- Good presentation and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
