We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about company products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Achieve customer service targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or customer relationship roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and teamwork.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience
