We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, documentation, record management, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic documentation.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other office documents using MS Office.
- Maintain records and ensure proper filing systems.
- Coordinate with team members and departments to support daily operations.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned work.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and record-management abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
