Job Summary
Helpline Group is looking for an HR & Operations Coordinator to support the Saudi Arabia main office with HR coordination, reporting, payroll support, and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and manage KPI dashboards and performance reports
- Maintain employee performance and operational records
- Coordinate payment follow-ups and utility payments
- Support payroll coordination and documentation
- Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling
- Maintain internal reports and tracking sheets
- Handle delegated HR and administrative tasks
- Report to the HR Head – Saudi Main Office
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, operations, administration, or coordination roles
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask efficiently
