Position: BIM CoordinatorRole Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to oversee BIM project coordination, model management, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The ideal candidate will ensure project models are accurately developed, coordinated, and compliant with BIM standards while supporting project teams throughout the design and documentation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Manage model integration, clash detection, and issue resolution using BIM tools.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows.
- Review BIM models for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants.
- Generate and manage project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Support BIM Managers in project planning and implementation.
- Ensure proper model organization, data management, and version control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in BIM coordination and project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Experience in clash detection, model auditing, and coordination meetings.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, or other parametric tools is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on international projects.
- Understanding of LOD requirements and BIM execution planning.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
