Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead retail operations across NCR, East India, and Punjab. This is a high-impact role managing 60+ Shop-in-Shop (SIS) locations across top retail chains.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations across 60+ SIS locations in NCR, East India & Punjab
- Drive sales performance — analyze data, set targets, and ensure revenue goals are met
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all locations
- Coach, train, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the merchandising/inventory team
- Identify operational challenges and execute effective, timely solutions
- Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and brand standards
What We're Looking For
✔ Proven experience in f Fashion / FMCG / Cosmetics retail, preferably in a multi-store / area supervisory role
✔ Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and current fashion trends
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple geographies
✔ Analytical mindset with a focus on sales growth and operational efficiency
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
