We are an early stage SaaS startup, we have worked on our product which is ready now, meant for global distribution.
We are looking for a Founding Head of Revenue.
The attributes the role requires are:
Ownership, Sales Hungry, Execution Enforcer, Planner, Creative, Co - Founder Kind.
The Skillset we are looking for are :
Communication, Team Building, Sales Acumen, Presentation, Process Setup, Growth Thinking
Core Skillset:
Generate leads, qualify leads, run demos, handle objections, close deals, follow up aggressively, shorten sales cycles, improve conversions
Role:
- Improving revenue
- Building and managing the sales team
- Improving lead conversion
- Creating sales processes and assets
- Enforcing daily execution discipline
- Improving demos and customer engagement
- Driving accountability across growth functions
- Continuously bringing customer feedback into product decisions
