HR Recruiter Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and client support. It is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Assist in preparing job postings and employer branding activities.
- Support the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring operations.
Eligibility
- Any graduate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet-based recruitment tools.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
