HR & ADMIN – JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Silvassa Plant-Sayli,Dadra and nagar haweli

Department: Human Resources & Administration
Reports To: Management / HR Head
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee & HR Operations
- Maintain employee personal files, joining documents and HR records.
- Handle recruitment, joining, induction and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave and overtime records.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing, deductions and employee data.
- Issue HR letters, certificates and other employee-related documents.
2. Factory Labour & Compliance
- Maintain records related to workers, contractors and manpower.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as applicable to the factory.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding attendance, wages and compliance documents.
- Support during labour inspections and audits.
3. Administration
- Manage day-to-day plant administration and office requirements.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, canteen, transport and other facility services.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery and general administrative requirements.
- Maintain records of company assets and basic administrative expenses.
- Coordinate plant maintenance and facility-related requirements with concerned departments.
4. Employee Discipline & Welfare
- Ensure compliance with company rules, attendance and discipline policies.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management for resolution.
- Support employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
- Ensure proper communication of company policies and notices.
5. Reports & Coordination
- Prepare daily/monthly HR reports including manpower, attendance, leave and absenteeism.
- Share plant HR updates with the Head Office.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Security and other departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Key Skills
- Basic knowledge of HR & factory administration.
- Knowledge of attendance, payroll, PF/ESIC and labour compliance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR software.
- Ability to handle workers and day-to-day plant issues.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
