Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
- Manage bulk hiring drives to meet business hiring requirements.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment activities, including coordinating with colleges and universities.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and build talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-joining documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring databases.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless joining process.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Experience in Campus Recruitment and Bulk Hiring.
- Good sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment MIS.
- Strong communication skill ( Fluency in English)
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai will be given preference.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
