Guardian Angel Home Care (GAHC) is one among the only three accredited Home Healthcare organizations in the country and the only accredited Home Healthcare organization in Kerala. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Position: Nursing Supervisor
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
Experience: 7–10 Years

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing operations and patient care activities.

Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, clinical protocols, and organizational policies.

Guide, mentor, and support nurses and caregivers in delivering high-quality patient care.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.

Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.

Review patient care plans and ensure appropriate implementation.

Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely reporting of any significant changes.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

Coordinate with doctors, patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery.

Conduct clinical audits, quality checks, and field supervision visits as required.

Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
