2. Good Designing and Space Planning Skills
3. Must have hands on Experience on Premium Projects
4. Good Communication Skills to Handle Client and Vendors
5. Good Knowledge of latest Material in Market and Application
6. Good Knowledge of Colour Concept
7. Can Handle Site Execution Work
8. Sketchup Modelling With Rendering Software
9. Profit Sharing Basis
