Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to strengthen our Admissions & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating student enquiries, building relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational partners, and contributing towards admissions growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities for student admissions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate partners.
· Conduct educational seminars, career counselling sessions, and presentations.
· Promote academic programs through field visits, meetings, calls, emails, and digital communication.
· Generate and convert admission enquiries into enrollments.
· Coordinate admission campaigns, educational events, workshops, and exhibitions.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
· Collect market intelligence and competitor information to improve outreach strategies.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
· Passion for sales, marketing, and relationship building.
· Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
Qualification
· Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
· MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
· 0–3 years in Business Development, Admissions, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Relations.
· Prior experience in the education sector is preferred but not mandatory.
