Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Speaking Trainer to help students develop confident communication and presentation skills. The trainer will conduct interactive sessions focused on speech delivery, voice modulation, stage confidence, body language etc
The ideal candidate should be passionate about communication skills development and capable of creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for students in Grades 6 and 7.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct public speaking and communication skills training sessions for students.
- Design structured lesson plans, activities, and practice exercises.
- Train participants in:
- Speech preparation and delivery
- Body language and stage presence
- Group discussions and debate skills
- Provide constructive feedback and individual coaching to participants.
- Organize mock presentations, speaking activities, and confidence-building exercises.
- Assess participant progress and maintain training reports when required.
- Adapt training methods based on participant age group and learning needs.
- Encourage active participation and create an engaging classroom environment.
- Support event hosting, anchoring practice, or public speaking competitions when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Education, Journalism, Training, or related field preferred.
- Certification in public speaking, soft skills, or communication training is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, coaching, or facilitation preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Good interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to motivate and engage participants
- Strong command over English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Creativity in conducting interactive activities and exercises
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in public speaking training, soft skills training, teaching, or related areas.
Work Environment
- Classroom training / Workshop-based training
- Flexible working hours depending on program schedules

Salary
Salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and session requirements.
