Job Title: Customer Service Executive | Night Shift
About the Role: We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage international client communication, handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth client support during night shifts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through email, calls, and chat support professionally.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate updates.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Manage order follow-ups and maintain proper communication records.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design services is an advantage.
- Ability to handle international clients professionally.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and communication tools.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Eligibility:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Must be available to join immediately
- Good communication in English
- Client handling experience in BPO, customer support, or service industry.
- Positive attitude and team coordination skills.
- Time management and attention to detail.
Shift Options (Monday to Friday):
- Night Shift: 6:00 pm – 4:00 am
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Negotiable based on skills & experience)
