Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Fractional CHRO to provide strategic HR leadership and help build a structured, scalable and performance-driven HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish HR policies, SOPs and employee processes.
- Design organization structure, roles, JDs, KRAs and KPIs.
- Strengthen recruitment, onboarding and employee retention processes.
- Develop performance management and appraisal systems.
- Guide management on employee relations, disciplinary matters and HR decisions.
- Review compensation structure, salary bands and incentive systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment laws.
- Develop employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.
- Set up HR MIS, dashboards and management reporting.
- Mentor and guide the internal HR/Admin team.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
Desired Profile
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with HR leadership/CHRO exposure.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, policies, compliance and employee management.
- Experience in building HR systems and processes from the ground up.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with promoters, CEO and senior management.
- Prior experience as a CHRO, HR Head, preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kirti Nagar, Delhi, Delhi
