Job Role: HR Assistant
Location: Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore
Total Positions: 1 (Full-Time)
Work Timings: 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM
(Monday to Saturday)
Requirements –
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration
- Experience in school / educational institution recruitment preferred
- Mandatory experience in Boolean search techniques for effective candidate sourcing
- Hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, et
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
- Energetic, committed, proactive, willing to learn and adapt to school culture
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Salary: As per industry standards
