We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Accounts Manager – IT Sales to manage client relationships, drive IT product and service sales, and ensure consistent revenue growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while acquiring new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT products, software, and solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain account health.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 4–7 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Account Management.
- Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services (cloud, software, hardware, networking, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
