Job Responsibilities (Roles & Duties):
- Daily Accounting: Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
- Bookkeeping & Invoicing: Handle sales/purchase invoices, billing, and ledger maintenance specifically for manufacturing operations.
- Taxation: Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and ensure overall statutory tax compliance.
- Banking Operations: Perform daily bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage bank-related documentation.
- Receivables & Payables: Track outstanding payments from clients and manage timely payments to vendors/suppliers.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, profit & loss reports, and assist in year-end auditing.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven accounting experience (experience in a manufacturing or export business is highly preferred).
- Software Skills: Excellent hands-on experience with Miracle Account Software / Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST laws, and Indian taxation rules.
- Good communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
