- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor construction progress and prepare daily progress reports.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Manage labor, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
- Maintain accurate site records, including attendance, inspections, and material usage.
- Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience required
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
