Cvent India is seeking a senior leader to oversee the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of its Cloud Operations organization in India and ensure that Cvent continues to meet or exceed its goals for the availability, performance, and security goals for the cloud-based infrastructure supporting its SaaS platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams as well as work with Cvent executive leadership to ensure that the work of the Cloud Operations team remains aligned with departmental and corporate goals and priorities.
In This Role, You Will::

Design, develop and implement AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Build and configure autonomous AI agents using Agentforce Studio and Agent Builder including Topics, Actions, Instructions, Guardrails and Agent Scope.

Develop and optimize Prompt Builder and Flex Prompt Templates for AI-driven workflows, automation and intelligent decision-making.

Configure and manage Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation and activation.

Prepare and ground enterprise data for AI agents using Data Cloud through indexing, chunking and entity mapping.

Develop custom Apex-based agent actions and integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Flows, APIs and external enterprise systems.

Leverage Einstein Trust Layer features such as grounding, masking, toxicity filters, audit logging and zero data retention to build secure and compliant AI solutions.

Validate AI agent behavior including topic detection, action sequencing, fallback handling, ambiguity management and human-in-the-loop escalation.

Build and maintain scalable Lightning applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, SOQL and Flows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce AI solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
Here's What You Need::
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

6–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Salesforce platform technologies.

Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Strong experience implementing and productionizing Agentforce solutions in enterprise environments.

Extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Data Actions, and Activation Targets.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex enterprise implementations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Salesforce certifications such as AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or Architect certifications are preferred.
