Role & responsibilities:
- Managing timely submission of all require reports like settlement break up, chargeback MIS outgoing and incoming schema files etc
- Monitor and manage Key processes and compliance to various policies and meet the SLA
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly dashboard to management for review
- Manage the staging process
- Manage the Chargeback/Dispute processes
#Qualification:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Should have good excel knowledge.
- Should have worked in Chargeback for the last 1 year
- Skills in managing large volumes of data, preparing MIS, and querying on sql data bases preferred & Good Communication Skills
- Candidates with prior, payment gateway and recon experience will be preferred
