Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic South Indian breakfast dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, pongal, upma, chutneys, sambar, and regional specialties.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Assist in mise en place, ingredient preparation, and kitchen organization.
- Learn and follow international kitchen standards and professional cooking techniques.
- Work closely with senior chefs and participate actively in training sessions.
- Support smooth breakfast service operations.
Requirements
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of South Indian cuisine is preferred.
- Freshers and young chefs are encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Culinary school background is an advantage but not mandatory.
